Pumped Storage Hydro Projects Revolutionized by Space Technology,,Rural areas still have a large number of small hydropower units that are not connected to the power grid's dispatching and energy collection systems. Small hydropower stations that are not connected to dispatch and electric energy acquisition systems pose risks that can be effectively managed and controlled by using LEO satellites to communicate in remote areas. This can increase the effectiveness of information collection and compensate for the lack of communication infrastructure.,While one of the cleanest sources of energy is renewable energyit needs to be stored in a way that is both economical and environmentally friendly. PSH plants are now among the storage technologies that are both unique and affordable. MoreoverPSH facilities are working to strike an equilibrium between the supply and demand for energy during the day. A Geographical Information System (GIS) model is created based on the EO remote-sensing data to determine areas that would be appropriate for PSHS. With the use of a model built on a layered multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) GIS applicationthe new PSHP sites are identified. One of the compensating MCDA methods utilised in the creation of the criteria is the Weighted Linear Combination (WLC). Using WLCthe global digital elevation model was evaluated for various possible locations to identify the most optimal elevation headhead ratioand terrain slope parameters. ,The integration of space technology into the management of PSHP has the potential to both improve their overall management and minimise their environmental text effect image
