Refund policy Regarding refunds: After activating a premium membership, if you have not uesed any resources within 15 days, you can submit a refund application to the customer service. You can apply for a refund through  hi.seapik.com  and we will process the refund within 3 working days after you submit the cancellation application (postponed in case of holidays). How refunds are processed depends on your original payment method: if you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to and processed by the bank that issued the card. Please contact the card-issuing bank to find out when the credit is posted and how much the payment will be charged to your account.

According to the refund policy of the third-party cooperation platform. We will deduct the commission (the order price*3.7%+$0.3) if you need to apply for refund. The commission is entirely charged by the payment platform and seapik will not make any profit.
